Any cooperation starts with a conversation to initially understand the aims and wishes of the customer. In discussions with the customer our experts devote great attention to researching the needs, goals and priorities of the customer’s business by already foreseeing eventual risks at the first step of the project, by developing a prevention plan for them and by offering the most effective solutions. Thus the customer can feel safe and confident that their wishes will not only be listened to, but also heard and implemented.

Cycle of services
Within our service areas we offer our clients a full cycle of services, taking responsibility for the entire course of the project — from the initial idea until the project itself, and the solution installation and maintenance later. We customise the solutions according to each client’s needs, define design tasks, design, install and maintain solutions. In this way we help the client to save their time and money and avoid unnecessary stress in situations where various suppliers start drawing lines regarding their responsibilities and blaming each other.

There are at least three reasons why you should consider choosing only one supplier for the design and installation process of engineering systems:

1) undivided and clearly defined responsibility for the result, from the idea until its implementation. Authors of the idea are the same specialists who develop the design task and supervise design and installation. During maintenance these very same experts are within easy reach. This is the basis for ensuring that the original concept and ideas of the solution are implemented in reality;

2) saved time and expenses, which can arise when coordinating the work of various subcontractors who are often not disposed towards cooperation themselves. Most often disagreements arise between project developers and installation workers. In cases like these, the clients can find themselves “in the middle”;

3) accurately planned budget: a designer who has no experience in installation often cannot accurately evaluate the real project implementation expenses; therefore many projects have to be optimised in a very short amount of time in order to not exceed the client’s budget. Usually very little time is devoted to this part of the project and this leads to mistakes in project optimisation and wastage of money and time in the implementation of the original project.
