Description:
Development of engineering networks part of the construction project and author’s supervision of the project of the new “Orkla Latvija” biscuit and waffle factory building in Ādaži. This project of “Orkla Latvija” factory is unique – modern, innovative and sustainable factory of more than 32 000 m2, which will be the largest biscuit and waffle factory in the Baltic states and Scandinavia.
The design team of Citrus Solutions has developed completely all engineering systems, including:
- Water supply and sewerage (internal and external networks);
- Wastewater treatment;
- Heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems;
- Electricity supply (internal and external networks);
- Thermomechanics;
- Electronic communications systems (internal and external networks);
- Security systems (video surveillance; security guard system; access control; fire detection and alarm);
- Fire sprinkler system;
- Gas extinguishing system;
- Spark detection and extinguishing system;
- Gas supply (internal and external networks);
- Compressed air;
- Control automation system;
- Gas leak detection system;
- Technological heat and cold system.
The project is developed in the BIM environment.
The author’s supervision works are envisaged until 01.06.2022.
