In continuation of our successful work in hotel sector, we were involved in the construction works of the IBIS Riga Centre hotel that was opened in 2016. Located in the very heart of Riga, this hotel is sure to become a popular tourist accommodation while visiting Riga and Latvia. We were entrusted with a wide range of works at IBIS both in design and construction of low voltage systems and construction of ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
We were responsible for the design and construction of heating, ventilation and air conditioning and low voltage – video surveillance, public announcement and automatic fire fighting systems, as well as electrical installations. We performed the works using the best technologies provided by our cooperation partners – BOSCH, Honeywell and others. The scope of the works was quite voluminous – the hotel has 125 guest rooms altogether and we had works to be done in each one of them. We are happy that we accomplished this assignment in a quick, qualitative and efficient manner since we were on a tight time schedule as well.
