Objective: Citrus Solutions is committed to integrating sustainability principles into all aspects of design, construction, and real estate maintenance, while considering the company’s competitiveness. This Policy outlines our commitment to environmental protection, social responsibility, and good governance (ESG), with the aim of creating long-term value, reducing environmental impact, and making a positive contribution to the communities in which we operate.
This policy is effective from May 11, 2026, replacing the version of May 26, 2025.

Environmental Protection Policy
Objective: The environmental management system of Citrus Solutions is focused on ensuring that the company’s operations are environmentally friendly, effectively utilizing non-renewable natural resources while minimizing air, water, and land pollution.
This policy is effective from July 06, 2026, replacing the version of May 21, 2025.
Occupational Safety and Health Policy
Objective: The goal of Citrus Solutions is to maintain and develop an occupational safety and health system where ensuring compliance with safety requirements and improving the working environment is not only the employer’s duty but also actively involves employees in its development, thus achieving a work environment free of accidents and injuries.
We are committed to:
- Caring for the working conditions and well-being of employees to ensure that the company operates in a safe, respectful, and socially responsible environment, without jeopardizing the safety and health of workers;
- Ensuring compliance with external regulatory occupational safety requirements within the company, as well as providing regular safety training and briefings;
- Taking measures to reduce potential workplace risks to prevent occupational diseases and accidents at work;
- Conducting regular monitoring of the working environment and occupational safety;
- Analyzing the effectiveness of implemented occupational safety measures to improve the occupational health and safety system;
- Encouraging employees to actively participate in the planning and improvement of occupational health and safety by making suggestions, raising complaints, and providing feedback to senior management about potential improvements;
- Striving to achieve a “Zero Accidents” goal;
- Reporting all incidents that threaten or may potentially threaten the safety and health of employees and partners (incidents, near-misses), violations, illegal actions, and risks to improve the work environment. Reports can be made to info@citrus.lv or https://ej.uz/riska_karti
